I want to upgrade my house

To make an improvement or modification to your house, please review the HOA documents and submit a request to the Architectural Control Committee by completing the form and sending it in. If you have any questions, you can email them to amanda@reddooridaho.com

Reporting landscaping/common areas issues

It is all in our best interest to keep our subdivision neat and clean and functional as this helps to maintain our home values. if you see something that needs addressing with our common space and you can't take care of the issue yourself, please reach out to amanda@reddooridaho.com

I would like to report an HOA Violation

If you feel that there is a situation with one of our neighbors that might be impacting others, it is best to reach out and try to address it nicely. No one wants to have arguments with neighbors and it is in all of our best interests to explain and hear each other out and try to reasonably work out a resolution. if you need HOA support, please email amanda@reddooridaho.com
